Catch up on the last week. Hubby and I got back yesterday from a lovely week away on the Isle of Wight. Yes it was there again :-). Weather was lovely all bare very blustery most of the week but a lovely time was had. We did lots of walking, our two favourite walks are from Shanklin to Sandown along the seafront. It takes you right along the beach around Sandown Bay. Beautiful! The second walk is a new favourite. Over to Alum bay, park the car. Walk up to the Needles Battery for a pit stop at the Battery Tea-shop - best cream teas and sandwiches! Then up on Tennyson Down and along the downs.
We are back over there in April to take my Grandson for a few days. Don't think that one will be as relaxing. :-)
