Altnew Persian Motifs

It's not often that I get an idea in my head about a card and it actually materializes into reality but this time it did.

The card I have to show you today was made for a very good friend of mine (well she is like my sister) We used these stamps from Altnew some time ago at Clair's workshop and I had to buy them as I loved the way they stamped. The idea for the card came mainly from one I saw on Pintrest bit I have adjusted it slightly.

The stamped greeting is from a wooden stamp that I have in my stash. It was one that I purchased following a class I had with Mel Heaton. The images were stamped onto the card and then coloured using my Promarkers. The whole thing was then stuck on foam pads onto the front a blank card.
