Create & Craft Hayling Island - Kanban Workshop

Next workshop on the list was with Dawn Wheeler and Kanban. Dawn is a lovely lady with a great personality even though she wasn't feeling very well. We didn't actually make a card in this workshop but made some flowers using different techniques. The big rose is very sturdy and could be used for a broach.

I don't normally like doing what I call 'curly' roses (the cream one) as mine never seem to look any good but I was pleased with this one. I was using the Kanban quilling tool and the kit that we used can be found here.
