Wedding Anniversary Card

Good evening, I hope you are all well. The card I have to show you today is a simple anniversary card that I made for a good friend of mine.

The image is from a set that I purchased from Etsy MayPLdigital designs. Image printed out onto white card and then layered and matted onto black and white card. Simple but elegant.

Engagement Card

Had a very surprising engagement announcement a couple of weeks ago, my good friends son proposed to his girlfriend completely out the blue. He has always been dead set against marriage so it came a s a huge surprise when he did propose.

Here is the card that I made them using Hunkydory Making Memories Always in your Heart.

Good ole Hunkydory, always there if you need to make a quick card. It also uses up some of my stash.

Workshop Cards - 13th June 2019

Have been a bit quiet recently, have been thinking about giving up my blog but then decided against it. Have been making a few cads for family birthdays but can't show them only as a when the recipients have them :-) .

The cards I have to show you today are ones that I made at Clair & Sharni's workshop last week.

We were using Tim Holtz stamps. The bottom two don't show up well in in the photos but there is stamped images on the, lobster and octopus.

These make great men's cards.

Workshop Cards - May

Was thinking of giving my blog up as I don'y update it as much as I should but have decided to keep it going for the time being and hopefully I will get to update as soon as possible.

Today's cards are a couple that we made at Linda's workshop last month. Really enjoyed doing these.

We made the background on this first card using Tome Holtz oxide inks. I still don't have any of these, I really must treat myself to some. We then stamped the image over the top in black ink. So effective. The greeting was cust using a word die. ( Sorry can't remember which ones)

This card was made by stamping the image 3 times and then cutting the middle and top layers down. The images were coloured using water coloured paints (first time I had used them to colour in). Not normally my type of thing but really enjoyed doing it.
