Belated birthday card and Goggly Bats

As you know I go to a Craft workshop every fortnight which is run by Clair. Last Thursday was the first time I had been there for about 6 weeks due to things happening. As it was my birthday at the beginning of October, Clair made me a beautiful birthday card. We had done something very similar with the colours and flowers in a previous class but this was so beautiful.

Our class card was this cute bat card. Not one for sending Halloween cards, it can make an ideal birthday card for someone whose birthday falls around the 31st October. The background was quite messy doing it using distress inks but gives a great effect. Everyone's card was different. The bats are from a retired Stampin Up set that are so cute especially when you add the goggly eyes. The trees are a Stampin up set also.
